I started this Substack after years of feeling the intense, unspoken pressure of modern motherhood. I was tired of the highlight reels and the step-by-step "solutions" that just felt like more work. I had a deep sense that the answer wasn't to do more, but to somehow, finally, get the permission to do less. This space is my process of figuring that out, shared in real-time.
